Seems to work well, no irritation whatsoever

I have only been using it for 3 weeks now, 2 times a week. I hav a very sensitive scalp, but have no negative reaction so far to neofollics products. Am really satisfied. I am pleased they have a serum with an exfoliant because I feel my scalp needs this and I do have a little bit less of flakiness. I do have long hair and therefore a bit hard to apply directly to scalp. For hygienic purpose I rather not let the spout of the bottle touch my skin so I apply it to my fingers and then massage it on my scalp. Some of it does end up in my hair a little bit.

I have been using scalp product trio for several months now, to start with on the treatment frequency and now only as a preventative frequency and my scalp has completely healed from scalp atopic eczema. Nothing happened

I have been using the Scalp Therapy serum, shampoo and nourishing mask. There has been no difference in my scalp. I bought this because I have scalp acne and have tried so many products. I came across this and it sounded so promising, but just another very expensive disappointment.

For the Scalp Therapy Peeling Serum, it is important that it is used consistently and in the right way. We generally recommend applying the serum directly to the scalp, leaving it on for the indicated time (or overnight, depending on your routine), and combining it with the Exfoliating Shampoo a few times per week. It can sometimes take several weeks before visible improvements occur, especially when the scalp condition is more persistent.

That said, scalp acne can have different underlying causes (such as bacterial imbalance, fungal involvement, or sensitivity), and not every product works the same for everyone. In some cases, a more targeted or medical approach may be needed.
